About the Author

Rev. Dr. George C. Papademetriou is Professor Emeritus of Theology and Director of the Library at Hellenic College/Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology in Brookline, Massachusetts. He has written widely on Orthodox Christian theology and practice. He and his wife, Presbytera Athanasia, have served the Albanian Orthodox Church in various capacities, including serving the Holy Trinity parish in South Boston, Massachusetts, and organizing the library at the St. Vlash Theological Academy “Resurrection of Christ” in Durres, Albania.
